How long will it take to ship my order?


All orders are processed same day and are shipped out within two business days. Typically, orders will arrive to the buyer within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that shipping times vary depending on the product you order. For fastest possible shipping, we recommend choosing items that can be fulfilled by our Canadian distributor. Many items are only available out of the United States, and these items may have longer shipping times. Please keep in mind that shipping times tend to be longer around the holidays.




How much does shipping cost?


Shipping rates vary depending on the weight of the package. ShopHost happily offers free shipping on pre-tax orders of $99 or more.




I'd like to cancel or modify my order.


Because all of our orders are produced on-demand, orders are not eligible to be changed, cancelled, or modified after the purchase is processed. Please contact our customer service team if you have any concerns about this policy.




What is your return policy?


Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within one week after the product has been received. Because we print each order on demand and all items are customized to match a specific brand, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse.




My package was lost in transit.


We are SO SORRY that you have to deal with this. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Please contact us as quickly as possible so that we can do everything in our power to get your products to you!
